Tubular Rivet (3/16" x 1/4") - 72 pc (1278) by Paulin
Capable of supporting both shear and tension loads, tubular rivets are similar to standard solid rivets, except for a small hole in the tip. This design allows the rivet to expand during installation, creating an effective pivot point in soft material. Also included in Hillman assortment #1266 / label #90.
